NIGHTLY: Mercy of the Chef Choice Tasting Menu

Those wanting a true epicurean experience put themselves at the "Mercy of the Chef," a special prix fixe chef tasting menu created at the whim and inspiration of the Chefs. Chef Jason and Pastry Chef Jose will take you on a culinary adventure over six courses of their exclusive creations beginning with an amuse bouche. Add optional wine pairings chosen by our Sommelier with each course to round out your meal. . 

Our Mercy of the Chef experience is offered nightly during dinner only beginning at 5 p.m. (Last reservation for our Mercy of the Chef experiences is 7:30 p.m.)  Cost is $130 per person or $205 with wine pairings with each course (plus taxes, surcharge and 20% gratuity).  All those seated at one table must partake in the experience.
